Bible Study

My Sister's Keeper
Bible Study

"The ladies of ALO with bible study attendees at My Sister's Keeper Bible Study"

This semester we held a women's bible study that meet every tuesday at 7pm. As part of our mission to build women by leading them in to a relationship with Jesus Christ, we focused on themes such as "Women in the Bible" and "Fruit of the Spirit." My Sisters Keeper Bible Study will resume again next semester.

Thank you to all the ladies that attended the bible study and thank you Lord for the oppurtunity to share his abundant grace and love with others.

Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc.

(GammALO family)

On April 21st 2007, at the Michigan Gospel Dance Explosion, the members of ALO Xi Chronicles chapter got to welcome in the new members of Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc. to CMU. Like our chapter they are the first to charter in Michigan. These men were called by God to make an uncompromising stand for Christ on our campus.

Vision of Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc.
The vision of Gamma Phi Delta is to provide an organization of men who have dedicated themselves to Jesus Christ in every aspect of life; who desire to grow and show excellence (1) spiritually, (2) mentally, (3) physically, and (4) socially. Gamma Phi Delta is a fraternity for brothers who choose to be committed to God by taking their communities for Jesus Christ. We will do it through fellowship, evangelism, and discipleship, in return becoming real men, men after God's own heart.

Church with the Lambda Ladies

Church Service

As a part of ALO week we sponsored a church service at His House. Bringing forth the word was guest speaker Pastor Phillis Chipp.

Message hilights: When you stray away from God He does not just leave you to wonder. He will send even more angels to protect you. Because its at this point when you will need his protection the most.

Random Acts of Kindness - Trash Pickup

Random Acts of Kindness

During ALO Week we did random acts of kindness in the residence halls. We took out trash for students for free as an example of God's cahrity and love.

Tender Care - Volunteering

During Alpha Lambda Omega Christian Sorority, Inc. Week we volunteered at Tender Care nursing home. This was a lot of fun and such an amazing experience. We loved it so much that we decided to make it a month group mission point to volunteer at Tender Care.
